Want To Help?
Getting zombies is easy. After all, who doesn’t want to be a zombie? But getting other help is a bit tougher. We are seeking the following:
Corporate Sponsors:
- Cash donations are always helpful, anything above and beyond our operating cost will go directly to Toys For Tots.
- Screen Printing, we want t-shirts for our Zombies, and volunteers, these will also be a great place to plug our sponsors on the back.
- Printing, we need mass amounts of flyers, to help spread the word. EDIT we have 5000 fliers on order now, but still need promo posters made.
- Bars and restaurants. The zombies will need to eat (and in some cases drink excessively), any restaurants offering free cover or discounts for our zombies will be considered a sponsor.
All Corporate Sponsors will earn a listing on the back of the event t-shirts as well as links on our website. We are working with Toys For Tots to ensure we can get receipts to make your charitable donations tax deductible.
We also need production volunteers:
- A film crew; we would LOVE to have a simple documentary or short film about our event.
- Photographers, some to travel with us and some planted around the city.
- Actors, most of the zombie crawl will be unscripted, but we would like a few “victims” for planted attacks.
- Skilled make up artist: We would like to offer professional makeup services to those desiring it. We will charge a nominal cost and any profits beyond material cost will be donated to Toys For Tots.
All production volunteers will be credited on the website and we will link to their personal or business pages.
And of course ZOMBIES…We can NEVER have too many ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!

We are paying for a lot of up front cost out of pocket, and frankly we can’t afford it. Any contributions that go above our operating cost will go to Toys For Tots.
